Are you looking for a safe way to stay active, improve balance, and maintain strength, in a fun, non-judgmental environment?
At Safe Steps, part of Paramount Physical Therapy, we offer our Mobility and Wellness classes every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am. They’re physical therapist-led, and include exercises so you can move with confidence.
We’ve offered these classes completely free since 2016 as a way to give back to the community. After many years of full classes, we’re now expanding availability and would love to welcome new participants.
You don’t need to bring any equipment, just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
To date, we’ve helped over 1,000 adults aged 55 and over improve strength, balance, and confidence through these sessions.

These classes are always free. We just ask that you reserve your first session so we can plan for space.
As part of the program, we also offer a free one-on-one assessment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to address any specific problem areas or concerns.
